I’ve been back from Iceland for 2 weeks and still have yet to write a single thing down. I’m forcing myself to start now because I don’t want to forget any of the details… but I don’t want to. I selfishly want to keep that 9 days in my heart because it was so brilliant and put my life into a new perspective I’m afraid of losing.
I went to Iceland with a girlfriend from middle school. We’d lost touch over the years but recently re-bonded over our mutual love of travel.
